Frog Hollow Swim & Tennis Club Inc. is a private summer swim club located in the heart of South Amboy, NJ. Frog Hollow is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. It is operated by a Board of Governors which is elected by the membership at their Annual Meeting. The Board of Governors must approve all new members. After approval, a bond costing $600 must be purchased. This bond makes you part owner of the property and the facilities of Frog Hollow and gives you one vote at membership meetings. The $600 is returned to you after a letter of resignation is sent to the Board and a new member purchases your bond. All members must pay a deposit of $100 by check, which will become your initiation fee upon acceptance.
The Board of Governors set the yearly dues, which are based on the operation and the upkeep of the club. Dues and fees must be paid by April 1st of each year. A late fee of $25 per month is accrued after April 1st. Privileges of the Club will not be available until all fees are paid in full.

Send the completed application along with a check for the $100 deposit to Frog Hollow Swim & Tennis Club, P.O. Box 3122, South Amboy, NJ 08879 or return the paperwork to any Board Member.
It is important to remember that Frog Hollow is a private club and upon your approval and issuance of your bond, you will become a member and part owner of Frog Hollow Swim & Tennis Club.
